Program Specialist

The Program Specialist provides information, assistance, and options/benefits counseling on services, products, and/or resources available to clients who face challenges related to aging and/or disabilities and their families.  Functions include screening and assessing to identify needs, making referrals, authorizing appropriate resources and services, providing ongoing education, consultation and general assistance to clients and family caregivers.
