Medical, Dental, Vision+

We provide a variety of quality options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. NWRC pays 100% for individual employee medical plans and up to 95% for medical plans with dependent coverage. Dental and Vision plans are covered at 100% for the employee and eligible dependents. For more information on plan availability, visit the Public Employees Benefits Board

Life & Long-term Disability Insurance+

NWRC offers employer paid life insurance for the employee at a benefit amount of $35,000, with option for employee buy-up. In addition, long-term disability insurance is provided to employees, with an option for buy-up. 

Employee Assistance Program+

Employees, and their families, can take advantage of an employee assistance program (EAP) through Health Promotion Northwest.  

Life/Work Balance+

We understand that everyone needs the right life-work balance, so we offer alternative work schedules with the option for most positions to have a hybrid schedule. In addition, full-time employees receive generous vacation leave, which increases with longevity, 8 hours of sick leave accrued monthly, 3 paid wellness days annually and 13 paid holidays annually. 

Retirement Planning+

Employees are part of the Washington State Retirement System where you can choose from varied investment approaches. For employees looking to save more, a deferred compensation plan is also available.

Aging & Disability Resources Program Specialist

Status: Accepting Applications

Aging and Disability Recourses (ADR) primarily serves people who are older or who need long term care by providing information and referral assistance. We work in partnership with clients and our community, linking people with resources such as Meals on Wheels, respite care, care planning and care giving. 

Behavioral Health Clinician

Status: Accepting Applications
Behavioral Health Clinicians provide assessments and ongoing individual counseling for adults, including elders and people with disabilities, in-person in their homes or place of residence, as well as via telehealth.

Care Management Program Supervisor

Status: Accepting Applications

The Care Management Program Supervisor coordinates and oversees Health Homes, Hospital and Recovery Care Coordination programs. Provides direct supervision, leadership and training to staff to assure that the overall goals and objectives are met.

Tribal Program Specialist

Status: Accepting Applications

The Tribal Program Specialist consistently navigates routine and complex duties while building and maintaining critical relationships between Indigenous communities and NWRC for the purpose of providing insight to available services for Indigenous persons, Elders, and individuals with disabilities and complex medical conditions.
