Improv for Memory & Joy
NWRC partnering with the Upfront Theatre is proud to offer improv classes for those with early-stage memory loss and their care partners.
Join us for a fun, welcoming improv class designed for individuals with early-stage memory loss and their care partners. Through creativity, laughter, and connection, participants are invited to enjoy the present moment in a supportive and joyful space – no acting experience needed, just be yourself.

This class will provide:
-A safe and fun environment to engage in imagination and creativity
-Social engagement and connection
-Laughter and joy
-Increased mood and confidence
-Improved quality of life
-An opportunity to fully be in the moment
-Sense of accomplishment and success
Dates: Every 3rd Monday of each month Time: 2 - 3pm
Location: The Upfront Theatre, 203 Prospect St., Bellingham WA
Cost: Free!
Caregivers/ Care partners welcome but not required for attendance.
