Most of us will need long-term care but don't have a way to pay for it. Starting July 2026 benefits become available for qualified, eligible individuals under the WA Cares Fund. The WA Cares Fund is a new state program that helps you receive long-term care services and support up to $36,500 over your lifetime. If you are looking for more information visit wacaresfund.wa.gov
